In response to Tom's note on what 20 years will bring:
"There will even be an LD NC who did =
the amazing feat of completing 30 rides and 750 miles. "

This year the LD NC did something like 735 miles.

That part of the prediction is already true.  In addition there are LD
riders with lifetime LD miles in excess of 3,000.

And I certainly hope a good pickup is not in excess of $100K as your note
indicates.
