ahhh, I notice a couple riders, especially the 10 yr teams that give Adequan 
shots before a Hundred? Is this  common,?    Why?   Is this ok by AERC 
rules?   And I noticed lots of people give Glocosomine or Condrotins orally. 
DO they stop these  before a ride or are these ok?   And is this just 
hopefully a preventitive?    Laurie
