Re: [RC] treatments in AERC rides--> now idaho - Karen Sullivan----- Original Message ----- From: "Bob Morris" <bobmorris@xxxxxxxx> Very modern hospitals, good schools and wilderness at the door. Only down side is that to many Californians are moving here and bringing California with them. Oh, if you do come here forget the color green. Hey Bob, Enough of the California bashing! I live in town of about 3500, can and have ridden the horse to town for a drink; used to drive my daugher to school with the pony cart (3 miles). I am within a half hour of at least 5 staging areas to ride, thousands of acrea of BLM, and can stop my rig on the way home for groceries. My pastures are greening up, and I can ride year round.....2 hours from the ocean and 3-4 hours from skiing! Of course, my horse property lifestyle is supported by my husbands University job 3 hours away....work 4 days, home 3 days, but we have raised our kids in the cleanest air and water in the state, near the largest natural lake in Calif....pretty darn good I think!
