[RC] HIDALGO - Lisa M Pardus

Denise, I know you are here, you and I are going to see this movie
together! I just saw a preview for this movie coming out in the spring.
It is about a man and his pinto horse named Hidalgo racing the Long
Distance race over in Arabia. They called it "The Ocean of Fire" race. I
don't think that is the real name of it, but it sounds good for a movie!

I have heard the name Hidalgo, but I don't remember where. I am going to
do a google search, but if anyone knows the TRUE story, please email me
either the story or the link to the story. I also have the Distance
Riders URL. Maybe I have heard of him there, or perhaps mentioned here on
the list. 
I just wanted to pass on that the movie is coming out for those who are
into the horse movies. I don't think to many people on this list are, but
some might be. <VBG>
