Before the rules are changed why don't we utilize the processes that are in 
place.

We have a Protest & Grievance Committee and a Welfare Of The Horse 
Committee. Both
committees manned by competent volunteers.

Then we need more people like Terry Woolley-Howe, Lynne Glazer and Lin 
Sutherland
that have the guts to step forward and use the system.
