Now that's the spirit!!!!!  Actually, I was so incensed I sent the link to several of my friends.  One became so infuriated that she actually emailed the Governator and Maria, and then forwarded that on to Jay Leno!   I wonder if any of the So Cal papers have a bah,

humbug! or Scrooge award?  This HOA board is a shoo in, and we'd be happy to stuff the ballot box..
