Re: [RC] Got my facts straight? - Sisu West RanchWhen I got married Wendy had an older WW two horse. Having spent 10 or more years in MN it was in need of some TLC. The major problem was that the wood that lined the walls had rotted and the floor was in need of replacement. I did replace the floor and the interior wood. One of the spring shakles was also broken and I welded that. The spring shakles were of the old greasable kind. I took them apart cleaned and regreased them, and rebuilt the brakes. We then sold it. I don't think that it was any different than the usual old trailer. If you rebuild them periodically, they will last forever. Ed. PS. Humid areas of the USA are hard on trailers.
