[RC] 2004 Bar H Boogie (PS) Not Happenin' - Lynne Glazer

My decision is to not offer Bar H after all in 2004.

After much discussion and research, it seems our trail has to be completely reworked primarily due to development, habitat and landowner permissions. Most of all, my trail crew can't realistically put in the time necessary to figure out 50 different miles worth. Vehicular access to much of it is blocked (we used quads last year). Lastly, this is a year of personal reorganization and challenges, and I don't have what it takes to pull this ride together.

OTOH, I still hope to put on Norco Riverdance in late fall, if we can secure a date that doesn't impact other scheduled rides and if we get plenty of volunteers to help restore the fire-damaged section from last year's arson.
