[RC] AERC pedigree link to AHA fixed - Michael Maul

It took a while but the link to registered Arabian horses is back in the Horse history.

The link we had to the Arabian registry for pedigrees is broken.

The contact we had there has left the registry so we are
trying to find a contact to fix it.
