RE: [RC] [Guest] Abetta Arabian endurance saddle-any comments??? - David LeBlancAn Abetta was my first saddle. Fit my wallet at the time. It broke within 2 hours of putting it on the horse. Called Abetta to try and exchange it. They told me that it was a "cheap junk saddle" - they did repair it, but it took 2-3 weeks. This was 5 years ago, and it still annoys me. Cheap maybe, but I wouldn't sell anything that I thought was that junky. I don't know how many times I had to repair that saddle, finally "sold" it to a friend for $100, then "forgot" to cash the check. IMHO, cheap saddles cost more in the long run. If I didn't have money for a good new saddle, I would look for a used quality saddle. -----Original Message----- From: ridecamp-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:ridecamp-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ridecamp Moderator Sent: Monday, November 10, 2003 7:33 AM To: guest@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [RC] [Guest] Abetta Arabian endurance saddle-any comments???
