I have a Supracor endurance model and I love it.  My daughter has an English model with fabric cover and it works its way back and out from under the front of the saddle.  My endurance model is uncovered and doesn't move.

I had great luck with the Toklat woolback pads and skito pads.

Really swore by the them for years.  However, once I tried the

Supracor pad I had to switch.  It's lightweight, hoses off, allows

great airflow, doesn't absorb sweat, really distributes pressure,

and at 18 months old it's pretty much like the day I got it.  Plus,

I only need one of them.
