[RC] Anyone used myofascial release to become a better balanced rider? - Kristi SchaafHi all - I'm considering spending a pretty big chunk of change on a 10-session series of myofascial release (Rolfing) to help improve my body's balance and stability (which will in turn help my riding). Basic yoga and chiropractic have helped, but I still need something more to improve my body alignment. I'd love to hear from anyone whose has tried it, and what your experience was like, good or bad.
