The BOD strongly supports the desirability of necropsies.
While it may not be legally possible to require necropsies 
in all cases, the BOD is working on steps to signficantly 
increase the likelihood of a necropsy being done. 
Information will be in the minutes of the mid-year BOD 
meeting that was held in October.  (note that I did not 
take detailed notes and so would prefer to wait until the 
minutes are posted rather than give out incorrect info 
from my aging memory banks)
