Section 16.  When Titles are Won.  After a dog earns a title, it may 
continue showing in that class for 60 days.

so sorry, your info above is not accurate.

there are just to many if, and or butts to quote regarding moving up in 
classification.  some are aimed at the handlers and others aimed at the 
dogs.  which gives us a tremendous amount of variables.
