[RC] - kaaren lebert


I love to do 50 mile endurance rides. Everyone has been a thrill and a learning experience. I hope to do a 100 in the next year or 2. For some riders out there I'm sure that seems trivial. I live in the northeast... the very north of northeast. There are not many endurance rides in the area especially when you compare them to the southern areas. For various reasons this last summer we were unable to travel to the US and there were no endurance rides sanctioned in Canada east of Ontario so, we did almost all CTR's. They weren't nearly as much fun and the whole excitement of crossing a finish line having "done it" was missing but, we did get to ride with friends and keep in some sort of condition.
