[RC] trail riding in a group-amy - Ed Kilpatrickhi amy, sounds like you need to do some ground work with your horse and work with him under saddle by himself some too. the best thing i have found to help with this behavior is to teach the horse to flex using one rein stops. this helps the horse relax, get respectable, and gets him paying attention to you. it will also enable you to get the kind of speed control that you need. email me at whytrotfarmsatyahoodotcom, and i can tell you more. ed
