Do you mean, that a heavyweight winning wouldn't count unless there were 10 *heavyweights* entered? I could see requiring 10 in the *ride* (maybe fewer for a 100) but heck, we hardly ever have 10 juniors. On the other hand it's possible to be first junior and be 20th place. Seems like it ought to be simply 10 wins period. Becky is what...a featherweight or lightweight? We could probably round up 10 of those but not HW, MW or junior.
