Re: [RC] crokked riding - TypefI tried this just last week and discovered that no matter how hard I tried, I was still sitting on my left cheek bone. But then I have a pretty pronounced scoliosis in my lower back that dips to the left. I think I'm stuck being a leftie! :) Jackie ----- Original Message ----- From: "A. Keep alternating with/without stirrups thoughtout the ride. Riding without stirrups, or bareback, is, I think, the BEST way to ride straight. I am always amazed when I drop my stirrups to discover how crooked I have been sitting. I also like Sally Swift's books. She also has tapes, I have not seen those. ________________________________________________ Get your own "800" number Voicemail, fax, email, and a lot more http://www.ureach.com/reg/tag =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
