[RC] Ulti Saddle Pads - Jerri Larsen

Help...
I am confused... I am trying to figure out why when I got my saddle I was told that on this Ulti pad that the rough surface went down.....and in everything else I read, and along with my Dixie Midnight the rough surface goes up.... Was there a mistake here?
