Have you considered a custom endurance saddle? I mean one
that the tree is individually made for your horse from a
custom fit, the rigging is hung in the proper place
according to your horse's heart girth, the skirts are made
a length to accomadate your horses back length. There are
many different connotaions of custom saddles some of which
are custom only in that the tree is one of a set number of
sizes, you get to pick seat size, color and other niceties
and then there is custom where that saddle is made to every
specification just for your horse and you.
Just another avenue to consider.
