We're already including forms in the SERA ride packet to collect some of 
this data. We started this in April. It's voluntary on the part of the 
RM and I need to do a little more rabble rousing to get everyone to send 
it back.  We may want to relook at it and refine it.

I am sure you are right but then we need times on riders at the vet 
checks. As I said there is not anything there that isn't already 
collected by the timers as the riders come and go. It's just a matter of 
reporting.
