Hi again, I think and please correct me if I
am Wrong, it is the length of the days & a animals genetic makeup that
causes winter coats to grow. My horse is more shiny in the winter, as in the
summer his coat gets sunburned.
I do not know if this can be changed as my
horse has free
access too pasture & stall, at all times. Would
love to know though!!
