[RC] Using Netscape 4.xx and the new AERC site - Michael Maul

The new AERC site at http://www.aerc.org/ really only works
with Netscape versions later then 4.79.

Netscape 6 and 7, Mozilla, Opera, and all versions of
Internet Explorer work fine with it.

If you are a Netscape 4.xx user - my only suggestion for
using the site is to open IE to use the site. you can have
both NS and IE open at the same time.

There was just so much backward compatibility we could do
and have a modern site.
