[RC] [Guest] horses in or out in the storm? - Ridecamp Moderator

We are located in MD in the upper North East Corner in Harford Cty. Our barn has shingles, a timber top and and stone base. Our lofts are fairly full of hay. We have have 4 board fencing and the farm owner is pretty meticulas. If the horses are out, the will have access to the lee side of the barn but no run ins and no way to escape the heavy rains.
