[RC] tights to hide the "flaws" - heidi sowards

Ok, here's a secret, well, ok, not much of a secret, but by
far the best tights I've EVER found for making the best out
of what you DO have!!! Kerrits Houndstooth pattern tights.
I bought a pair of the ugliest red houndstooth at a tack
sale for $15.00. They were new and did I mention how ugly
they were? My QH friends who are spandex challenged (they
like to say spandex is a priviledge, not a right!) also
each bought a pair. I mean at $15.00 you can take a chance,
right? You can always wear a looong t-shirt and not ride in
public. Well, they fit great, they look great and they hide
those imperfections VERY well. The inner thigh is black and
they look like full-seat, which in itself is flattering,
the houndstooth shows no lumps/dimples, etc. My QH friends
LOVE how they look in them. They do tend to run a bit
small, I bought the next size up. They are long enough,
they wash well, are comfy and have gripper bottoms. (I
personally hate velcro and stirrups!) VTO saddlery has the
discontinued colors (like red HT) at a reasonable price.
(Like $28.00.) Worth the risk!!! NEVER get tan, unless you
like to make yourself depressed!!!
