[RC] 2003 PAC Organizing Committee announcement - Steph Teeter

An announcement was sent to Ridecamp on Sunday, by Mike Foss DVM (PAC
Technical Delegate) on behalf of the PAC Organizing Committee. Unfortunately
the message bounced, so I'll paraphrase it for now. More information will be
released eventually.

"The 2003 PAC Organizing Committee regretfully announces the death of one of
the horses entered in the 2003 PAC. A full investigation is being made  and
a report will be forthcoming. Condolences are offered to the owners."
