Re: [RC] [RC] Stopping at water (was:trail etiquette question) - Tina HicksPerhaps this is a naive question but have any of you (in the situation regarding the crew stops) had other crews NOT offer your horse water if you are riding with their riders and water is being handed out??? Maybe I've just been lucky but I've never had that happen. Conversely it would *never* occur to me or anyone that crews for me not to offer my water to other horses riding with me. If my horse wants to drink the water being offered, I will let it and thank the crew person kindly. And yes, I will wait until the other horses are done and the other people are ready to move on, and then will repeat the offer when we get to my (hypothetical) crew. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
