Thanks for your tip on www.seattlefabrics.com which I didn't know about. I also like www.justmakeit.com quite a lot. My favorite source is The Rain Shed (http://www.therainshed.com/) -- you can order swatch sets by mail, very cheap, so you can see the colors and feel the textures before buying, plus they have a HUGE selection at good prices, not only fabrics but tons of kewl notions, clips and stuff to make tack.
