However, I'd have to wonder about some counter intelligence operation of
sending the perkiest middle aged woman you could fine to tell the vet
how the horse was a little dull and "oh me oh my what should we do?"

Doesn't change the parameters of the horse, nor how hard I look at the horse
next chance I get.  Just changes how nicely I advise them to slow down.
