costs in California, where Vet care is on the norm much more expensive than
other States, I see no reason not to make it mandatory.
I have reilgous problems with Autopsies and
necropsies, would there be a religous exemption? It seems *very* unfair to force
me to put my horse through that should she die at a ride. It should be the
rider/owner's option, not a mandatory rule that it be preformed.
