BTW, before too many more people throw tomatoes at me because of CA's
highway speeds for trailers, remember that I don't live there--I only go
there occasionally.  So it is not where I "do" most of my road miles.  There
is a lot more "west" than CA (referring to geography, not to AERC regions),
and that old saying about "when in Rome, do as the Romans do" has a lot of
wisdom in it.  :-)  (And if I didn't actually QUOTE the 55 for trailers in
CA when I said that CA was slower, it was because I was just trying to be
less verbose for once... )
