Let's hope the internet email system makes it through the next 48 hours. I wouldn't put it past the spammers to actually harvest good email addresses out of the sobig stream........

removing your subscription to ridecamp won't effect the stream. You are being hit with by the sobig worm. Your email address is found within the inbox or one of the mail folders on the infected machine (some other ridecamp subscribers likely).

I'm blocking @150 messages/hr. right now through the ridecamp server. As far as I know neither worm nor spam (well other than a few posts from fellow ridecampers:) has passed through the ridecamp server. As well, the distribution lists on the server are inaccessible.

the whole net is in a bit of a frenzy today. moreso than yesterday in places....
