[RC] [Guest] Layover near Sacramento - Pan Am - Ridecamp Moderator

Hello,
Thanks to those that responded for places to stay in Southern Oregon. We've decided that it is too far to go in one day from the Los Angeles area to Oregon. Does anyone have (or know of) a place we could layover near Sacramento or Davis? We will be traveling up the 5 fwy to Washington on the first weekend of September. We'd like to try to avoid the fairgrounds, but would go there if that's all there is.
