Re: [RC] [Guest] Training accident opinions please OT - sharp pennyNo, this is not standard practice or reasonable for a paid professional trainer to ask a client to pay the medical deductable. As a trainer he/she assumes the risk of getting hurt as part of the business of working with horses. JMHO Regards, Penny The trainer came off over his shoulder and her glasses cut her eye area under the brow. She would like me to pay her deductible charge on her health insurance. Is this reasonable or customary? Thanks for your help.
