[RC] A new online feature for Ride Managers to help in finding ride vets - Michael MaulTo AERC Ride Managers. The AERC Technical Committee and Russ Humphrey have added a new online feature to assist ride managers in finding vets for their rides. The feature allows you to search for vets in the AERC files who are current members or the previous years members. The listing will be their contact information including their email address if they have one, phone, etc. You can search by region or state. Plus it will list the rides in the current year that they are head vet for so you can see the times they are already working. To reach this list - you must have an active members page http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/aerc/mbr/ Login then select "Request Ride Sanctioning" in the ride managers section in the left frame. After you select that - the left upper frame will have a link "Regional Vets List" just below the "Regional Paid membership lists". You may have to scroll the left frame down to see it. After you click on that link - you have a selection by region or state. Note that these vets may not be all endurance vets. Some may just have it in the Suffix field for their name so it's the best we could do. After selecting region or state - click OK and the listing will be on the right. The listing will show the rides where they are already working. If you have any questions/problems in the use of this feature - or about activating your members account - email me at mmaul@xxxxxxxxx Also send us feedback on things to add/change and how you like it.
