Yep but I've ridden in a lot of states with a mountains. Actually I'd
be more likely to use a breast collar on the first loop in a fast flat
FL ride than the OD. I use a breast collar some but not all that much.
Since I normally pull tack at checks it's just something else to fool
with.
There is one rider down here that rides with a crupper almost all the
time. I just don't like extra tack if it not needed.
I've also seen some pretty bad sores from ill fitting breast collars.
