Re: [RC] [RC] Horse ordinances - Laurie DurginI bet a good lawyer could argue the 'vagueness' of the statute. Ya know, like "sanitary" for a restaurant/or a horsebarn? If it is in keeping with how most people would care for a horse property in the same way, etc. Then there is the 'orginal intent" of the statute.Course if you have a Judge with an "evolving law interpertation", ..... Might be good to contact other barns/riding organizations and get donations started for legal defense, that or if : "yooos, live in da south, ya dun ask round, findin out hoose f fi-lled this here charge and ya burn-nun out" Laurie/Rascal/Honey?Scout IFrom: Lif Strand <lif@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [RC] Horse ordinances Date: Thu, 07 Aug 2003 20:55:46 -0600 _________________________________________________________________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= http://www.endurance.net/ads/seabiscuit.html Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
