There is special preparation and special primer
required to successfully paint galvanized steel. Talk to your paint
shop. If they don't know, talk to a seller of automobile paint. If
they don't know, send email and/or call paint companies that do auto paint,
thier technical service departments do know and can suggest the proper
preparation and coating system.
