RE: [RC] sports saddle - Steph TeeterAlso - I'd like to know what fleece seat covers work best with a SS - the one I have is great for saddles with fenders, but doesn't fit the SS at all. Mel - to answer your question, I have a SS and though I personally don't like riding in it, I have a few horses that love it - and are hard to fit to other saddles. So it gets a fair amount of use. If you're used to western style saddles it's probably not too bad, but its very hard for me to use the equitation training that I've had with the SS - it feels like sitting on a soft couch, ok for pokey trail rides, but for anything at pace I feel more like a passenger than a rider!
