Hi Angie

The stable where I boarded a while ago also had a welshie cross arab and was 
not as chunky as you describe, but he also used to pee a river.  His water 
bucket had to be filled twice a night and his bedding changed every day.  They 
sold him so I don't know if he still does it, but maybe this is a welshie thing?
