I live on rocks. I fear sand...which Truman is comfortable with. >g< I've added another myself. A. Multi-day horses are 7x better. B. Multi-day vets see 7x more lenient. C. Not all multi-day pulls are reported as pulls to AERC, instead the rider with the lame horse is not listed as having started the ride. D. Or multiday horses go slower. (Truman...want to check the stats?) I thought I read that lots of the riders on multi-days switched horses if so a large number should be pacing like a one day) E. Multi-day riders may use more hoof protection. (easyboots, pads, etc) F. Do multi-day riders on the average have more experience? G. Do multi-day horses on the average have more experience? H. Might people who do multi-days have face and conquered saddle fit issues (which could result in lameness) which single day riders have let slide? I.
