I live in Florida and my EN is always a month
behind. I have had to call the office to check on results because you only have
30 days to submit a change after it has been posted. I almost never get my EN in
that time frame.
The office says they get it out in time but then it
is in the printers hands. The way I understand it is that the printers mail it
from there. Of course, after that, it is in the hands of our post office. Don't
get me started on THAT! I just received someone's airline tickets that were
postmarked June 2, then someone handwrote the date June 9, and they were in my
mailbox June 12th. They are in my mailbox today to go back out and Lord knows
how much longer it will take for them to get their tickets. They could have
drove wherever they need to go by now.
