Hey!  I have one of those green bungee cords, too.  It was the prize for our
then 5 year old gelding's first ride, a LD.  I was very pleased with him
that day, as he showed what sort of horse he was going to become.  And I use
the bungee cord to anchor a large stack of hay onto our garden cart when I
feed.
