We use Fung-away. Just bath with betadine scrub or shampoo, then rub in.
Jazzy looked terrible, cleared her right up.

I use Desitin, gentle to the skin, oil helps to remove the crusty scabs,

and

it seals off the oxygen.  A little messy to put on and a great dirt

magnet,

but it's cheap.  Also less drying than the betadine.
