Re: [RC] Trailer windows - too big? - heidi sowardsI have a friend whose filly was in training and was being shown as a 2 year old. Her trainer had her at a show in the trailer in a parking lot. (This filly is a QH btw.) Something either spooked her or she was maybe stung by a bee and leaped through the open drop down window (no bars/screens) and thank goodness a bystander had the good sense to reach over and unclick her panic snap on her halter. She fell out onto the pavement, THROUGH the open window. Hard to believe, but I know it happened. They are now firm believers in bars over the window openings. heidi --- Jeanne Slominski <endurancemorgan1@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: I have a Logan Shadow, three horse slant load, with the big drop down windows & screens. I had taken the dividers out of the trailer as soon as I got it home after I bought it. I do put fly masks on my horses. Haven't had any problems nor heard of any.
