I can't top the dead body - nor do I want to try!  <G>  Here in East Texas 
I've come across patches of marijuana, the back half of a dead horse (I was 
riding with the wind at my back, and was on it before I smelled it - eeewww!  
And when the vultures all took flight, my horse nearly did too  <G>), a 
stolen truck, a trailer loaded with stolen stuff (TVs, a 4-wheeler, etc.) 
hidden inthe brush, a hog trap with two feral hogs in it (that got a good 
reaction from my horse too), and lots of feral hogs.  We have meth labs here 
too, but I've never come across them, thank goodness.  Oh yeah, and then 
there's the time I forgot that the local army reserve unit would be doing 
some training in the Forest, and I happened to ride in that area...there were 
guys in camo and face paint, with bushes on their heads, hiding all over the 
place and creeping through the woods.  Made for an exciting moment whenever 
my horse spotted one!
