I have done some of Egoscue's exercise's also and agree they are quite helpfull!! He has several books out, one of the current ones is "Pain Free." He stresses keeping the body properly aligned and has execises to bring the body into proper alignment. His exercises are kinda "different" but I too feel they work, and his empishis on posture and alignment are just right for equestrians IMO. Check him out!!
