[RC] Pulls/AERC - Rae Callaway

This is really getting frustrating.  Several months ago I found, from the online ride results, that one of my horses was listed as being pulled from a ride for lameness.  I can't imagine how as he wasn't even there that day!  He did show up the evening of the day he was supposedly pulled in order to be ridden in the place of the horse that WAS pulled on the second day of the ride (didn't make that either as the rider woke up with a migraine and didn't start).  I have emailed the AERC several times and other than a placating "we'll look into it" - I've received zero results and now I've just received my EN and my horse is STILL listed as having been pulled in this ride.  Anyone know what more I can to do get this fixed?
