Is there a difference in protein, vitamins, minerals just
because of where it comes from? Alfalfa has protein, calcium,
etc. So what is the difference?
I think I read the same article. It's
in the current issue of The Horse magazine. Based on what they
described, the fish are frozen in a lumb and the horses eat them.
The mentioned there is nothing like seeing a horse with the tail of a fish
sticking out of its mouth and watching it disappear.
The current article won't be available for a
month or so, but a previous article came out in October. Someone
else gave the article number in an earlier message. Look up
Carnivorous and you should find it.
i read an article about the icelandic horses, said they are fed
fish in the winter, because there isnt much else to eat. dont know
how it is prepared, maybe ground into some kind of meal.
