[RC] animark ultrasound equip - hope lundquist

Hi RideCampers: Have any of you used the brand Animark ultrasound equip? Know any Vets that do? They have a OvaScan that will predict ovulation 5 days in advance. Another device that Preg test on the outside of the mare. No more palpate (rape) of mares! I only learned of this recently. Any of you heard of this? Sounds like a great new advance in breeding procedures for horses. I had a mare come home from a breeding farm a total wreck. When I laid my hand on her croup she almost dropped to the ground. Anyway Animark has a website. I would be interested to know what any of you think about this. Thanks Hope Lundquist
